Baby Goat Yoga May 5, 2024 10AM-11AM

Join us on the farm for a 60 minute baby goat yoga class filled with laughter and fresh air! Interacting with animals can help to reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) while simultaneously increasing serotonin and dopamine. The feel good hormones! In case of inclement weather we will host the class in one of our barns. Please bring water, your mat, bug spray, sunscreen (as classes are sometimes outdoors and on a farm) and a sense of adventure and fun! This class is taught by certified yoga instructor, Laura Youngblut. Our farmstore will be open after class where you can purchase our seasonal cheese, raw honey, goat milk soap, and more! Hope to see you at the farm! We will only offer two goat yoga classes in 2024. Please leave pets at home as we are a working farm. Thank you.
