Event:    5k Farm Fun Run at Gretta’s Goats

This 5k fun run is a fundraiser for Healing Herd Therapy Farm. Proceeds from the run directly impact kids with special needs in our community by providing free animal assisted therapy on the farm. 

Course:

This course will be a scenic off road fun run consisting of 3 one mile loops at Gretta’s Goats in Pecatonica, IL. Loops will follow our goat hike trail and will feature a twisty half mile section through our woods and a rolling mowed trail that passes next to our pastures. While running you will get to see the goats, guardian dogs and our two sweet donkeys frolicking in the pastures. Please be aware that there is some uneven ground and a portion of the run will be on a dirt trail. All of the run will be on either dirt or grass.

Location:

Gretta’s Goats, 498 N Farwell Bridge Road, Pecatonica. Take Farwell Bridge Road north from IL Highway 20 about 3 miles and proceed to the parking area near our flower field (parking will be marked). GPS will get you right to the farm!
